As the media continues to whip up frenzy over detained illegal immigrant children at the border, more and more far-left political activists are taking to the streets to seek out members of Donald Trump’s administration in order to disrupt their lives in any way possible.
On Tuesday night, a group of activists followed Homeland Security Chief Kirstjen Nielsen into a Mexican restaurant where she was having dinner, started chanting loudly and forced her out of the building.
Thanks to the mainstream media inciting anger over illegal immigrant children at the border, yet another far-left supporter has engaged in bullying, harassment and intimidation towards those she disagrees with politically. This time, however, the protester was found to be a Department of Justice employee as well as an avowed member of the Socialist Party of America.
One of the socialist protesters who accosted Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Tuesday at a Mexican restaurant has been exposed as a Department of Justice employee.
Allison Hrabar, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America who attended the protest against Nielsen over the controversial border law enforcement, was revealed to be a paralegal specialist at the DOJ, the Washington Examiner reported.
“It feels really good to confront people who are actually responsible, which is what we have a unique opportunity to do in D.C.,” the DOJ worker told the outlet.
Nielsen had to face an angry group of socialist protesters who repeatedly shouted “Shame!” as she attended a work dinner at a swanky Mexican restaurant in the nation’s capital.
“If kids don’t eat in peace, you don’t eat in peace,” another protester was heard yelling at the protest.
“How can you enjoy a Mexican dinner as you’re deporting and imprisoning tens of thousands of people that come here seeking asylum in the United States?” another one shouted.
Allison Hrabar was apparently exhilarated by her ability to force a woman from enjoying her dinner at a restaurant, and not at all bothered by the fact that she works for the Department of Justice as a paralegal. Hrabar even encouraged others to harass “these people”, a reference to those who support illegal immigration law, President Trump or anyone who works for the DHS or ICE.
Hrabar wasn’t bothered by her association with the DOJ, citing her protected First Amendment rights to protest anyone outside her work hours. She went on to encourage people to confront officials in public places.
“If you see these people in public, you should remind them that they shouldn’t have peace,” she said. “We aren’t the only ones who can do this. Anyone who sees Kirstjen Nielsen at dinner, anyone who sees anyone who works at DHS and ICE at dinner can confront them like this, and that’s what we hope this will inspire people to do.”
Hrabar further justified her actions by claiming she wasn’t protesting on work time and was simply exercising her 1st Amendment rights. However, The Daily Caller found that many of her tweets took place at a time when she was working her shift at the DOJ.
Despite Hrabar’s claims of keeping her personal politics outside of her time as an employee of the federal government, a look at her Twitter account, @allisongeroi, features tweets during the workday openly celebrating her behavior Tuesday night.
“Keeping families together in jail is not an acceptable solution,” Hrabar tweeted Wednesday afternoon at 1:56 PM.
Following the protest, Hrabar tweeted that, “No one who has ever made their living terrorizing immigrants deserves peace. If you see one in a restaurant, at a movie, or in your neighborhood, remind them of that.”
Hrabar has worked at the DOJ since July 2016. Prior to that, she was a student at the selective Swarthmore College where tuition runs over $50,000 annually. She previously attended a charter school in Arizona.
A Justice Department official, after being asked about Hrabar’s conduct, told TheDCNF that she cannot comment on personnel issues.
Given the fact that Allison Hrabar attended an elite college with a $50,000 per year tuition, it should come as no surprise that she is deeply indoctrinated with socialist propaganda and beliefs.
It should be concerning to every American that Allison Hrabar, an avowed Socialist who opposes capitalism which the country was founded on and led to the successful lifestyles that millions of citizens enjoy, is working for the Department of Justice.
And important question should asked: If Hrabar is willing to stalk Homeland Security Chief Kirstjen Nielsen to dinner and proceed to harasses her out of the restaurant, then what actions would she be willing to take to undermine the government and malign the administration of President Trump?
Furthermore, can anyone seriously claim at this point that there is no political bias within high level government positions where employees are actively working to damage President Trump in any way possible?
