Democrat operative Paul Begala, who is best known for being an advisor to former President Bill Clinton, appeared on CNN yesterday to offer his thoughtful insight into the Russian collusion conspiracy theory. According to the mainstream media and Democratic Party, Russia is the only reason that Donald Trump won the election and, despite there not being a shred of evidence, his campaign colluded with the Russian government in an effort to thwart Hillary Clinton.
However, I’d imagine Vladimir Putin and the Russian government would have preferred Clinton as President of the United States, since she behaved so favorable towards them when approving a deal giving Russians control over 20% of America’s uranium, but only after her husband Bill Clinton was paid a staggering $500,000 for giving a speech in Russia and various “donations” were made to her interests.
The mainstream media and Democrats conveniently avoid Hillary Clinton’s past dealings with Russia, as former Clinton advisor Paul Begala is so convinced that Russia launched an all out assault on America’s election that he is calling for the bombing of their institutions.
“We were and are under attack by a hostile foreign power, and they seem to be abetting that hostile foreign power. We should be debating how many sanctions we should place on Russia or whether we should blow up the KGB or GSU, GRU, I mean we should be retaliating massively. Because, by the way if I were a Trump supporter I would want to retaliate.”
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the CNN host hearing this rant simply nods his head in agreement as Begala is essentially calling for all out war against a nuclear power.
While most people are aware that the KGB is Russia’s espionage division, the GRU represents the Spetsnaz, who are the elite military formations under the control of the military intelligence service GRU. In essence, Begala is calling for America to “blow up” Russia’s military infrastructure for at best a conspiracy theory with no evidence and no actual impact on America’s election.
If this Democrat operative was a Trump supporter, as he eluded hypothetically in his tirade, he would realize that various investigations concluded any alleged “Russian hacking” had absolutely no impact on vote counts, voting machines or the results of the election. He would realize that this entire “Russian collusion” narrative is nothing more than a conspiracy theory cooked up by Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, John Podesta, shortly after Trump won the election in an attempt to provide a cover for their failures. Paul Begala would also realize, if he was a Trump supporter, that the Russian lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr. was not representing the Russian government, has denied ever having information on Hillary Clinton and delivered nothing of value. However, if he was a Trump supporter, he certainly wouldn’t be speaking on CNN and helping spread fake news.
If this democrat operative wants to “blow up” Russia so badly, perhaps he should strap on a parachute himself and be the first solider behind enemy lines to teach Russia a lesson they’ll never forget.
The rhetoric coming out of the liberal mainstream media and the Democratic Party is not only destructive to international relations, but is completely against the interests of the American people. If Russia and the US were to engage in all out nuclear war, do you believe these aristocrats would shed a tear for the millions of Americans killed as a result? Or would they run for their bunkers and islands in order to continue their lavish lifestyles while the common American suffers due to their insanity? My money is on the latter.
